We asked our Yoga instructor, Harvard Ave member Susan Hollingsworth, and our Fitness for Life trainer, Harvard Ave member Becky Young, to offer some suggestions of how we can stay healthy, strong, balanced while spending so much time at home. We’ll share their practices and suggestions with you in our e-news each week, and post them here on our website.
Susan starts us out with several simple breathing exercises for calm, focus, and lowering anxiety.
