An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
This class is designed to improve balance, posture, gait, strength and muscular power. Additional benefits are increased flexibility, range of motion, and cardiovascular fitness.
Fitness for Life is taught by Harvard Avenue member Becky Young, a certified professional trainer with nearly 40 years’ experience.
Cost is $5/class or $40/month, with all proceeds going to Harvard Avenue Christian Church.
