We asked our Yoga instructor, Harvard Ave member Susan Hollingsworth, and our Fitness for Life trainer, Harvard Ave member Becky Young, to offer some suggestions of how we can stay healthy, strong, balanced while spending so much time at home. We’ll share their practices and suggestions with you in our e-news each week, and post them here on our website.
On our usual calendar, Becky teaches at the church two days a week, as well as in other studios. She has set up a video link to bring her classes into homes during this stay-at-home season.
My class meets daily at 8:00am.
